Crockpot Bean Soup

1 lb. Dry small white beans (Rinsed)
8 cups Water
2 cups Ham, diced
1 cup Onion, diced
1 cup Celery, chopped
2 Tbs Parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Bay leaf
Assemble ingredients in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender. Remove bay leaf.
