Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

2 1/2 C. thinly sliced carrots
1 C. chopped onion
4 C. coarsely chopped cabbage
3 C. diced raw potatoes
1 C. water
3 (2.5 oz.) packages Carl Buddig 90% lean corned beef, shredded

In a slow cooker, combine carrots, onion, cabbage and potatoes. Add water. Mix well to combine.
Stir in corned beef.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Mix well just before serving.
